Marks Point P&C

Welcome to the Marks Point Public School community.

The aim of the P & C is to bring parents, local community members, students and teachers together in close cooperation. We try to help the school in three main areas: supporting education, enhancing the school environment and fostering the Marks Point community experience.

The P & C activities all aim to support these goals through a range of activities: fundraising, social events, providing a forum for parents to participate in developing the school and enhancing their child's experience of school and providing much needed resources to the school.

We welcome parents and carers who can help in any way, even if just for a few hours – every little bit helps! You can help at BBQs, bake cakes, donate prizes for raffles, or feed the hungry hordes by volunteering in the canteen – just contact the P & C if you want to be involved.

Please feel free to join us for P & C meetings, we love to see new faces. Meetings are generally on the third Thursday of the month at 5.30 pm in the staffroom. Babysitting can be arranged at the school to make it easier for parents and carers to attend, please contact us beforehand to arrange.
