Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a school-based organisation made up of parent/carer volunteers, school staff and community members. Our P&C assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community.

Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board!

In 2025, our P&C helped fund/subsidise a wide range of activities that enriched learning, connection, and student wellbeing, including:

Year 6 Shirts & Kindergarten Hats – helping our oldest and youngest students feel proud, included, and connected to their school identity.

Pevan & Sarah Excursion – giving our younger students an engaging and joyful live learning experience.

Swim Scheme – supporting essential water-safety skills and confidence in the pool.

Star Struck Showcase – enabling students to shine on stage, build teamwork, and experience the excitement of a major performing arts event.
STEM Excursion – encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on experimentation across science and technology.
Awabakal Environmental Education Centre, Whole School Excursion – strengthening students’ understanding of local Aboriginal culture, history, and Country.
Interrelate Program – supporting students’ wellbeing, respectful relationships education, and personal development.
Representative Sport Sponsorships – helping students pursue sporting excellence and proudly represent our school without financial barriers.

These opportunities not only support classroom learning but also help students build confidence, develop new skills, create memories, and feel a sense of belonging.
